Together, we will learn how to improve sales and marketing for your business. Each workshop has a specific training and implementation support so you can walk away with new strategies and tools for your business.
Goal-Setting and Planning
We are here to meet you wherever you are in your business. We'll carve out space for setting new goals.
You can partner up, ask questions about your business, brainstorm with others to see what has worked for them, and build new relationships with businesses in the community.
Lunch and Networking
Connect, collaborate, and expand your network with other women businesses in the community. Meet potential customers, referral partners, friends, mentors, and more! We will have networking prompts to spark meaningful conversations and help you forge valuable relationships.

Heather Falls
Heather left the healthcare and corporate space to put her son first and began her business journey as a freelance digital marketer in 2021. She now enjoys teaching other women how to make more money while working smarter, not harder. She has 15+ years of experience in business planning, sales, and marketing in multiple industries including retail, healthcare, fashion, food, nonprofit and more.
She founded GROW & Flourish because she believes all women should have the opportunity to be successful in business, no matter if they are simply starting with a dream, juggling babies and business, juggling business alongside their 9-5, or growing a multi-million-dollar empire.
Every GROW & Flourish workshop and networking event will benefit local nonprofits who support women and children in need. Heather is on the Board of Directors of Easterseals West Alabama and serves with the UWWA VAT and Tuscaloosa County MomCo.
