About Me

From chaos to clarity — with structure, strategy, and space to grow.

Hi, I’m Heather Falls — Fractional COO, Marketing Strategist, systems thinker, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to carry a growing business on your shoulders while trying to keep everything else from falling apart.

I didn’t set out to be an entrepreneur. My first job at a local teacher supply store taught me what it meant to show up with heart and integrity — and it was there that I fell in love with small businesses and the people behind them.

Later, I followed in my mom’s footsteps and spent nearly a decade in healthcare, managing patient care and keeping operations running in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

In 2014, I launched a fashion and jewelry consulting business that pushed me out of my comfort zone, helped me build my confidence, and connected me with inspiring entrepreneurs. That experience showed me how business can be a path to self-trust and personal growth.

Eventually, I stepped into the corporate world as a healthcare consultant and sales executive — helping clients scale, grow strong teams, and reach big goals.

I loved the work… but everything changed in 2021 when I became a mom.

That moment reshaped my priorities and redefined success. I didn’t want to choose between family and fulfillment — so I built a business that let me have both.

Today, I partner with founders who are growing fast — but feel stuck in the weeds. The ideas are flowing, but execution is falling short. Team communication is messy. Marketing keeps getting bumped down the list. The vision is there… but the momentum is missing.

That’s where I come in.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience across strategy, operations, and marketing — and use it to create systems, plans, and structure that

actually work. I help founders:

  • Replace decision fatigue with confident leadership

  • Realign their team around a clear plan

  • Streamline operations without overcomplicating things

  • Create marketing systems that are both strategic and doable

  • Grow without sacrificing their sanity or quality of life

What sets me apart?

Yes, I’m all about systems and smart strategies. But I also see the

human side — the exhaustion, the mental load, the guilt, the passion, the dreams that haven’t had space to breathe.

I’m not just here to fix your operations. I’m here to support

you — the founder, the visionary, the person doing the hard work of building something meaningful.

❤️ MY VALUES

Family first — always.

Simplicity over stress — structure should support you, not overwhelm you.

Growth with integrity — aligned, authentic, and sustainable.

Support that empowers — not hand-holding, but true partnership.

If your business is growing but your capacity is maxed out, you don’t need to do more — you need the right support.

Let’s bring your vision back to the front seat — with structure, strategy, and space to flourish.

Who’s the Woman Behind the Curtain?

Spoiler: It’s me, and I can be pretty fun(ny).

I’m that friend who cries every time someone dies on screen.

Love stories, action flicks, even animated films—if there’s a goodbye, I’m gone.

A Walk to Remember? Forget it. I cried so much I probably dehydrated myself.

It’s just who I am—a sucker for all the feels.

Spiders? Nope. Never.

Once, a wolf spider launched itself at me from my kitchen cabinet like it had a personal vendetta.

I may have screamed, but I fought back. Victory was mine... or so I thought....

Talk about paranoia for days—visions of baby spiders plotting revenge like some eight-legged horror movie.

Let’s just say I didn’t sleep well and I constantly checked all corners of the house like a paranoid detective.

And anything that flies and stings? Absolutely not.

Let me explain: When I was a teen, I was hanging out by the lake with a friend, enjoying the day, having great conversation, when a wasp flew into my mouth and stung me—talk about traumatizing. If you’ve ever seen someone sprinting from a bee while flailing their arms like it’s a life-or-death situation, that’s me.

Call it overreacting if you want, but I call it staying alive.

When life’s not throwing spiders or bees my way, you’ll find me with my beverage priorities on point:

Fall means a cozy London Fog in hand, because nothing says “sweater weather” like a hot beverage.

Happy hour? Make me a good Lemon Drop Martini—zesty, sweet, and just the right amount of fancy.

There’s also the time I thought it would be totally fine to hand-feed a lemur.

Spoiler: it wasn’t. In my defense, I thought we had a connection.

But apparently, it couldn’t tell where the snack ended and my hand began.

Lesson learned: Lemurs don’t come with manners.

Honestly, I probably should’ve just stuck to a selfie.

If we are just meeting: Hi!
Spreading kindness is my daily mission—whether it’s a smile to brighten someone’s day or a helping

hand when needed. I believe small acts of kindness create ripples that can change someone’s world.

Life is better when we lift each other up, don’t you think?

And Summer is my favorite season—hands down.

There’s just something about long, sunny days that makes everything better.

You’ll find my family outside every chance we get, soaking up all the summer fun.

We’re all about adventure—cruising the river on our boat, kicking up dirt on our four-wheelers, or fishing.

And then there’s our little slice of paradise: the beach, where the sun shines, the water sparkles, and life slows down just enough to savor the moment. For me, summer is all about connection.

It’s a season of laughter, togetherness, and making memories.

I'd love to hear about you! Send me a dm on Instagram telling me a fun(ny) story about yourself!
